In November of 2010, Maryland voters will be asked whether they think a Constitutional Convention should be called to rewrite the Maryland Constitution. This "sense of the voters" is required every 20 years. In 1990, the League of Women Voters of Maryland published To ConCon or Not which gave a brief history of the Maryland Constitution, the 1967-68 Constitutional Convention and reasons why voters should or should not vote for another Convention. Although 20 years old, much of the information is relevant today. Please click on the attachment to read this four page document.
